“I paid for premium service for setting up the simplest service (DBA). I called after a week to as I saw that my order was stuck in the first stage of the process (name check). After ten days I called again as my order was still stuck in the first stage of the process (name check). I called and I was told the first time that they had too many applications and they would do their best. No progress. I called again and they said that they can promise a 7-20 days turnaround but that's not the case. They don't include in that, the public authorities trurn-around time. After a month and a half I'm still stuck at the same point and they say they don’t know when a simple DBA is going to be ready. This a joke of service, very very costly con artists. Stay away.”
