“ Ordered an awning was told 3 to 5 working days arrived on time haven't had time to put it up yet but all looks good up to now will update when I've actually put it up,the only downfall is no one to speak to as always engaged and automated responses to emails ,poor customer service but as I said 4 stars up to now but will update ”

“ We bought an air awning during lockdown and used it and second night awning tore. We contacted Leisure Outlet who told us that awning wasn't tensioned properly which we found amazing as they didn't see awning erected! We are seasoned campers with previous awning experience. This company did not help in any way; AWNING USED ONE NIGHT, second evening fault showed. Absolutely disgraceful aftercare service. ”
