I paid a holding fee on a flat and didn't get it back and the woman I saw at the estate agents was very unprofessional and kept talking about her ex boyfriend..

Been in my rented accommodation for 11 months and minor/simple issues has not been resolved. This is very disappointing as Lenwell has a very good reputation. I am still have to have things resolved in the property.

Fairly courteous, but not impressed with the demand for 6 months rent upfront when I have been Self Employed since June 2017, and therefore due to online filing rules, am unable to furnish 2 full years of tax returns yet. 2018/2019 is not yet due. If asked, I could have advised details of my current landlord's Letting Agent, who will confirm an impeccable payment history by standing order on the 1st of every month. Not impressed.

Whilst explaining that the property I enquired about didn’t accept any pets, he was quite dismissive and just said “most of ours don’t”. It would be helpful if you noted this is your property description online and would save unnecessary enquiries. He didn’t seem too keen to help me...

i wasn't too pleased with the prejudice about my german shepard dog and the favt that the lady didn't enquire any further after i told her i had a big dog. the "i mean, you just wouldn't choose it" (“it” referring to “such a big dog”) was very disheartening. The further comment -upon telling her i live in a 44sq.meters flat in London: “i feel there just won’t be enough space for him” was also patronising as she doesn’t know what my dog needs and she couldn’t be referring to all properties out there, for someone to tell me what is best for my dog is quite condescending, considering he is between 11-13 yrs old, spent ten years in a cage in Italy and sleeps all day due to his age and weakened legs, that’s why i want to move to a home with a big garden. He has been perfectly happy in our little flat in London which was a big improvement on his years in a cage. I am pretty sure there will be one property for me and my big dog somewhere. Thanks for calling me back in any case and if you do come across a home that allows a dog let me know. Frost’s called me right after and said properties that allow dogs come along all the time and it’s just a case to find the right one at the right time. That made me hopeful again.

Unfriendly and quite impatient staff member. Not easy to deal with. Very different experience to other, much friendlier, estate agents.

Said they would call me back for a viewing yesterday, still waiting at 6pm today.. Over 24hours,.. Not good service, not even a call to say it wasn't possible, or they were still trying to arrange one,.. Nothing

The flat I wanted to view didn't except housing Benifegs meaning it was harder to find a home for me and my daughter.

I had to call 4 times 4 different days to find out in the end that the property I was interested to rent was let.

This day and age i as a single mother of 3. Working full time atvthe same time making it happen for my children. No respect at all from this letting agent. Degrade me with so many questions and then told me sorry you have to make £30,000 a month to rent one of our homes. Goodbye I dont recommend at all.
