Tony appeared dismissive and disinterested in our custom. We have sold our house and will be moving to the hitchin area in the next few weeks. It would have been useful to have a constructive conversation as a potential customer. Instead I was shown zero interest and wasnt able to explain our situation. Not particularly impressed.

They told me they will call me back to confirm a viewing date and they never did. I even called a second time to verify they had my details right. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

As such, nothing actually went wrong, but I feel that there needs to be more communication between your different departments. I have been with you now (with two fully managed properties) for some 13 years, and things are not as efficient now. Messages left do not get conveyed to the correct dept., if at all. I am still waiting to know if I am to get a refund from the deposit due to the condition of the property when the tenant left. My letter to your people would have been received on 10th April. Not good !! I asked for quotes for painting and carpets before the tenant left and nothing was forthcoming after a week so I had to deal with this myself. I don't think this is very efficient. That said your people are always very pleasant and polite, but we as landlords want action and efficiency

Reporting something as wrong is about as much good as shouting into the void. You'll exhaust yourself chasing up basic stuff for months. Nice people though.

I telephoned early this afternoon to make an appointment for a viewing on a property and was told that the person that dealt with viewings wasn't in the office at the moment but they would call me shortly. After waiting 4 hours l phoned again and a guy made an appointment for me for Friday. I don't know who Amy is as l spoke to 2 male's. Apologies if one was called Amy.

I contacted via email to arrange a viewing and all I got was a txt to say about a survey? No one has called me to arrange a viewing so how on earth am I supposed to rate something that hasn't been done?

Hey everyone, Like to know just me had bad experiance with the agency maintenance? I did reported a boiler problem,wich hasn't solve yet. The officers and the engineers are kind persons,the first time I called them,they took me an engineer will check it. He did it some days later,and tell me,the agency will inform the landlord or landlady,then they get in contact with me what the next step and when/how it to do. They never call me back,some weeks later did contact them again,sent emails too,and happened nothing more. At moment did checked an another engineer,but the problem still waiting for solve it. Coming the winter,the morning and evening time is cold especially in this low insulated flats,and still just waiting to them,when will fix the problem,what will says the flat owner. Looks like nobody communicate eachother,who get my call,don't know my problem,so slow and hard to do anything with them. Maybe next year they will do something? Sure they will say very sorry,apologise for this circusments,but with this things the flat not will be worm. Maybe I am too patient that waiting over on half year to them to fix the problem. If somebody can give me an advise how can do better,or where can I ask help to this problem, or how they will do compare me,lower payment or do not pay rent still the problem isn't fixed? I had a conversation about what I was looking for with Abbie. Advised I was running out of space in my two bed flat with my young family and was then sent details of one bed properties and a five bed property that was £700 above our advised budget. I also had to ask a number of times about the property that I had originally asked to view as Abbie had forgotten
