“My experience dealing with Lenwell was worst. I stayed in apartment 54, The Larches , Luton. Once I left the property after staying for 4.5 Years, Lenwell sent me a letter in my address in India that they will settle the Deposit in 10 Working days. Since then it has almost 8 months now, I have not received any reasonable answer from Lenwell. They have told me that they could not get response from the Landlady, I have requested them at least 2-3 time a week for several weeks but no luck. They are good with Property Owners but do not help Tanents when in Need. I HAVE NOT GOT ANY MONEY BACK FROM MY DEPOSIT, BEWARE.”
