“I telephoned early this afternoon to make an appointment for a viewing on a property and was told that the person that dealt with viewings wasn't in the office at the moment but they would call me shortly. After waiting 4 hours l phoned again and a guy made an appointment for me for Friday. I don't know who Amy is as l spoke to 2 male's. Apologies if one was called Amy.”

“I telephoned about a property I wanted to view, was told to wait while I was transferred and then told the property was sold. This property is still being advertised on Zoopla and On the market. I then emailed to ask for a viewing in case the girl was mistaken, and received no reply at all. Very very poor”
