“I am a landlord with several properties and Lenwell Luton offer terrible customer service. They don't vet tenants properly, aren't willing to do any work for the monthly management fee and communication is terrible. I am forever having to chase up anything that needs doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”

“Lenwell's Northampton have been nothing but perfection to deal with since renting a property from them, especially Simon Poon. Efficient and prompt responses to all queries including maintenance issues that were repaired without delay. I cant fault Lenwell's and they have been the best letting agent I've dealt with to date.”
