“No communication on any level from this agent. Tried for a week to get a reply on any voice call, text or email. Avoid lenwells like the plague and use a more reputable agent. Their website states that they offer exeptional levels of customer service and personnel training but this is not the case. They push for payment and if you change your mind they make it extremely difficult to get your money back. Avoid,avoid,avoid !”

“Money grubbing, no contact goes without charge. Excessive deposit deduction (overcharging for feasible deductions), lost one key I returned but cant prove it. Thats just the end of the tale. Ineffective management, reported house defects go months without being resolved, have to chase them every minute of everyday, cheap contractors used, inspect the place every 3 months so annoying, dont fix anything THEY report to themself, basically an ongoing storm of you know what for a decade. Nice people. Admin procedures and company culture is dismal.”
