“Arranged a viewing for 5:30 with one of the team members. Turned up and was waiting for 30 minutes. Called office and noone would answer. In the end ended up calling luton branch who said they dont have any contact details for any of bedford lenwell team members and that each branch keeps them self to them selves. Travelled 45 minutes to see a property which I didnt even end up seeing. Shocked, appaled, disaster.”
