“If I could rate this ZERO I would. Contract written on my behalf in wrong names, deposits protected in wrong names, bills set up in wrong names. When tenants disputed they won their case and left my property in a disgusting state I believe the fact that Lenwell made so many errors and delayed corresponding with tenants it lead to this poor outcome.”

“Awful. As a tenant the service we have received is shocking. A lot of my complaint is against the landlord who seems to think that they are not responsible for areas that are clearly within their remit, however, the poor communication, lack of understanding, and general disregard for their clients Lenwells is not helping. I would not use Lenwells again.”
