“To say I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Leprestore on my recent order is a massive understatement. This is very frustrating because typically they provide great value and great customer service. But this time, not only did they falsely advertise their services, but I also had their employees actively steal from me during the service.
The company misrepresented their services by selling me a pre-order of a number of Full Loot Priority runs in order to achieve a “full gear” boost and promised a high-quality experience running alongside their “professional” raid team. They failed to deliver either. Instead, I was left with a subpar service (a number of runs starting the third week after the release of the raid on Group and Armor Token Loot) that was a complete waste of my time and money. To make matters worse, one of their contractors (paid raiders) couldn't help themself and rolled “need” on the rare cloak from Sark in order to give to a guildie (the paid raid team) and effectively stole from myself and other purchasers in order to benefit their personal mythic raid progression. This all occurred while I was supposed to be attending the raid with Full Loot Priority.
Luckily, I took screenshots and have video footage of every conversation and step throughout this entire experience because since disputing the order, they have removed the product description for a “Full Gear Boost” from their website and they have erased my conversation history with their representative on their website. Incredibly suspect. I have requested a full refund as which should be made available to the customer whenever a contractor breaks their terms of the agreement and unfortunately that request has not been fulfilled yet despite working for a week with their customer service team to handle the refund in a professional manner.
This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any company. It is a clear indication of a lack of integrity and professionalism. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Leprestore and find a more reputable and trustworthy service provider.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this company to anyone. It is a shame that I had to endure such a negative experience, and I hope that others can learn from my mistakes and avoid this company at all costs.
Until this is properly resolved, I will be exploring all options for reporting the fraudulent activities and alerting the appropriate authorities as such conduct should not go without consequences.”
