“upon having an issue with my order of a trials loot bundle with an extra 14 wins after, i spoke with csr and due to the lack of time till reset to complete the order i had to agree to move the order to the week following after iron banner was done. as an appology the csr manager agreed to offer me 10ggr as credit and i instead requested a service in place of this. the replacement service was done well and completed in a really short time. originally i rated a 2/5 but have since updated this to a 4/5”

“I like lfcarry when I purchase items but I don't like when I purposely state on some of my orders what I want done like keep all my high gear on so I could get high pinnacle gear and twice in last 4 to 5 orders my gear was changed to lower gear to say a 1990 so when item pinnacle fell was 1998 and 1999 not 2000. That irritated me. That happened to me twice. I never have had a item delivered though”
