“I have had a quite similar experience with many that have been trading with libertex. They stole all my money and now they are forcing me into closing the account. I have no expectation of geting something back. I just want to prevent others from doing the same mistake with me.
On December 19, I opened an account with libertex. They turned out to be the perfect con artists and eventually had me invest 18030 euro, which took place bit by bit. I had to get the help of a cybersecurity team called privycript. They were able to get me evidence of foul play by libertex and get back most of my deposit. Stay away from this people. “Please avoid using this trader at all costs i witnessed a split second spike in both directions up and down then a return to the previous trading price. Whether you had traded buy or sell your trade would have been closed as a retail customer if you had used even a small multiplier. It rose 20% to then fall 30% to then return to the previous price all within a couple of seconds. I complained to Libertex with screenshots proving it had occured. The spikes never even showed on there graph but showed up on my closed trade due to the stop loss received for retail clients 50%. My loss was nearly 70% even though i was in profit profit pre spikes up and down.
Libertex have denied it has happened when i have evidence it has and willing to show anybody who wishes to see.
Avoid this trading platform at all costs!!
