Poor quality products. The metal is cheap - thin and rusts everywhere. The leader hose is cheap - low grade and splits open under the slightest water pressure. Construction is cheap - nuts and bolts keep coming unscrewed and falling off. Tires are cheap - dry rots and disintegrates. All this happens at 13 months of ownership.
Worse is their customer service. When you call them during the warranty period to tell them you are seeing the rust, hoses are looking weak, I have to retighten all the nuts and bolts to keep from losing them in my yard and it is appearing the tires will soon dry rot, they will tell you, "Well there is nothing wrong with it now, right?" and push you off.
Absolutely worst quality products and even worse customer experience. Don't purchase this junk.”
