“Comprehensive course that included video, online manual and online mock exam which were both downloadable. It was easy to use and easy to understand. Instructions for the final exam were clear and concise and made the whole process very easy to use.”

“The exam itself was really easy to access and navigate. Harold was straight to the point and didn’t drag anything out longer than necessary, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was the equipment issue. I don’t have a PC tower, just a laptop, but I use a separate PC monitor and keyboard. I emailed ahead of time to confirm this setup would be allowed and was told it would be fine. On the day, though, it wasn’t permitted, which was disappointing after taking the time to check in advance.”

“I was really impressed with the online course, the course content as short videos was informative and relevant to what would be required for the exam. Along with the questions after each section helped retain information. As for the exam, my adjudicator Harold was patient with me when I was setting up the login for the exam. He was was friendly in his introduction and when I passed. I felt assured that this was adjudicator correctly. I would recommend anyone using Licensing Solutions to whomever would like to get their personal license”

“Great means to getting the BIIAB qualification I needed. All the information provided to learn and revise the topics, plenty of test questions to make sure it’s gone in plus the mock exam. Then a straightforward process to booking and taking the exam. The exam again, a very straightforward process on Zoom. The invigilator was great, put me at ease whilst ensuring everything was proper and correct for taking the exam. The results are given almost immediately and the confirmation by email, within minutes. I would thoroughly recommend Licensing Solutions to anyone needing a licensing qualification.”
