“The exam itself was really easy to access and navigate. Harold was straight to the point and didn’t drag anything out longer than necessary, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was the equipment issue. I don’t have a PC tower, just a laptop, but I use a separate PC monitor and keyboard. I emailed ahead of time to confirm this setup would be allowed and was told it would be fine. On the day, though, it wasn’t permitted, which was disappointing after taking the time to check in advance.”

“I have really enjoyed undertaking the course with Licensing Solutions, who deliver in a very professional informative style. Having previously sat the course in a classroom setting, I would now definitely recommend undertaking the course online with Licensing Solutions. The invigilator for the exam was excellent, very patient with me when my microphone failed. The whole experience was the same as sitting in a classroom but n the comfort of your own home. I will definitely be using Licensing Solutions again and would recommend this company, I have already booked the course for one of my staff members.”
