“Harold was very helpful. You need to review the version of Zoom you are using. I had downloaded your version, but it did not allow me to adjust eg my background blurring. I am on a new PC so should not have been an issue. He helped me through this and we got it all working quickly. Thank you.”

“A great service start to finish! Easy to use and the teaching material are clear easy to follow. Booking a test is easy with plenty of options available including early and late into the evening. Your exam is on Zoom via a invigilator but don't worry instructions are sent and the invigilator talks you through the steps. My invigilator was Harold and he was friendly and professional. You get results straight away and report was emailed within 2 hours! Amazing service would recommend!”
