I am a new customer. I am a bit disappointed, as I paid $15 to have two day shipping. My order was shipped on Monday. This is Wednesday evening, and no package yet, from Fed Ex. Won't do that again!

I wasn't very happy to find out that after I input my credit card info, I wasn't able to order as a guest. I didn't want to set up an account, but you gave me no other choice than to supply yet another password. Also, why are you sending me duplicate emails? I only made 1 order & my inbox is already filled with duplicate emails from you. Please correct this situation.

PLEASE bring back 20mg full spectrum CBD & or CBD chews for dogs. My Dixie Belle needs this for her arthritis, and no glucosamine & codroitin don't work for her.

I have been using and am happy with your supplements. I have a few comments, however: At least for me, it's not always easy to navigate your website. It was confusing to click on collagen priced at $39.99/ bottle, to see a sign saying "order 3 save more", yet no discount was given when I placed an order for 3 bottles (Order #254476). You had a BOGO50 sale running November 10-12, but it wasn't clear that it was good for only one item. Companies usually give discounts on more but a limited number of items. I was disappointed because I was hoping by ordering more, to get free shipping. I live in Wisconsin and was ordering for my daughter in California; the form kept changing the billing address to her name and address, not mine. I finally managed to complete the order but not without a lot of frustration. Thank you.

I received my shipment right away. I have been on the menopause support for 1 month and it has not helped my hot flashes at all.

Hello, my name is Kent and I am a senior who has ordered many times before for my essential vitamins. Love the products and the company but I need to use liquid vitamins because I have a feeding tube. You have been out of stock on the ultra multivitamin for about a month now and I had to sub pills. I thought you would have stock in by the 1st of July. Hope you have them for my next order. Tks
