“I've been a customer for 7 years and have generally received decent service but the reason for 2 stars is that I recently had to sell my caravan (insured product) to pay bills due to Covid and there was 3 months of policy remaining. They would not refund any outstanding premium AND charged me £27.50 for the privilege of them clicking a button. When I wouldn't pay (waiting for refund) they charged me another £30 and sent threatening letters!
A family-owned but very unsympathetic company that only support you in the "good" times.”
