“We scheduled an appointment with Light4You, a company serving the GTA Canada to install our outdoor Govee lights. They promised to arrive between 2 and 3 p.m., but they didn’t show up until 9 p.m. that evening!
To make matters worse, the very next day, we discovered that one of the lights had already fallen off. We contacted them immediately. They read our message, but we never heard back from them again.
Before hiring them, they had clearly assured us that their work came with a one-year warranty. Apparently, that promise doesn’t mean much when you actually need their service.
How can anyone trust a company like this? Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone!”
