The process was painfully slow and marked by a high turnover of project managers and writers, leading to a complete lack of consistency. They made so many promises but delivered very little, didn't listen to my wishes, and did only what they wanted. Ultimately, I gave up, lost my money, and had to seek help elsewhere.
