“I don’t think I’ve ever given a poor review, and I have given Lindsay quite a few chances to sort my queries , and unfortunately we are in June and still not sorted.
I was very happy with my pendant , it’s lovely and the alteration that Lindsay did on a diamond pendant I was very pleased with.
When placing the order I got quick responses and everything was good, the pendant wasn’t finished in the time quoted
(which I understand happens) but I did feel like I had to keep chasing things along, finally I got my pendant which was Nicely wrapped, I didn’t get my original chain nor a little diamond I had sent originally, I have emailed Three times or more asking for them to be returned , and Lindsay explained that she had sent the chain to be plated!
We are now in the middle of June, I placed my order at the beginning of March!!
I would of placed another order with Lindsay but after this I will not!
Communication with your customers who are spending lots of money with you is important, I feel letdown.
