“Like most reviews, the quality of their products is pretty good. And that's fine unless you want to exchange something or ask a simple question. However, they are by far the worst company I've ever experienced in terms of customer support.
I placed my original order on the 1st of June. After waiting over 3 weeks for my order to arrive, one of the sheets was too big and needed to be exchanged (it turns out their sheets are oversized).
I sent the sheet back to them on the 30th of June and have heard nothing since. I've written emails (no reply to any), messaged on Instagram - nothing. Complete radio silence.
And, yes, I know there is a pandemic and things are not normal. But people are online, especially if you're running a business.
As I said, the products are good so it's such a pity they don't know how to run a business. I will never order from them again..
