At times, you luck out, if you buy from a company like Homecenter for example... But also, at times, they send bad quality products. They tell you to return them for a refund, but they only give you a coupon to buy more bad quality products.
When you say you want your money back, not a coupon, they send you a link that voids the coupon and asks you to check with your bank in 3 days. After a week, nothing is received... You call your bank, they obviously have no clue what you're talking about, because LINIO lied and never sent anything to your bank.
You write to Linio many times, then some dumb scammer called Nelio Freitas responds telling you "En esta ocasión fue a través de Efecty. En Linio contamos con la mejor disposición para ofrecerte una gran experiencia en servicio al cliente."
I paid by PSE with my bank... I never asked that they send me my money by Efecty (I have no clue what Efecty is).
I asked LINIO to send me my money to my bank like I paid them... It's been 2 months, and they have not sent me my money...
