“A email was shared with my email address on. I emailed the office to inform and asked to speak to a manger. Now they have refused to renew our and contract and when I have asked for the manager to call be back to discuss I was just told he won't. Appalling customer service.”

“Very disappointed with our recent maintenance visit. We've being paying for the maintenance every year since having the system fitted over 10 years ago, only to now be told that the strobe light isn't working and that replacing it is not included in the maintenance. What is the point in paying for this service if certain parts are not included? We were also disgusted with the way the representative spoke to us. On saying that I would have expected that to be part of the maintenance I was told "I suggest you read the letter before making comments like that". That is no way to speak to a customer and nowhere in the letter does it state that the strobe or even parts are excluded. Very poor. We will be organizing for the system to be maintained by another company from now on.”
