Been buying from LCS since mid-80s when i was local and Customer Service has always been amazing. Something must be misaligned with your order processing now. I placed on on-line international order and was repeatedly asked to pay the postage or have my order cancelled even after I had paid and received an email acknowledgement. There's a glitch somewhere. Once that was sorted, the delivery time to NZ was great.
