Every time I have trouble with my electric collars fir my dogs I call your customer service line. Over the years the gentleman in that department could not be nor knowledgeable,professional,and helpful. On occasion they have determined I needed a new battery or I purchased the wrong battery and have patiently helped me install it over the phone. They are 5 star helpful fir everything!
