“I do seem to have trouble with your website so I 'phoned my order in and it was taken courteously and efficiently. The delivery was prompt and the mouldings extremely well packed.”

“The staff were very helpful, patient and informative.My order was delivered within 2 days and even though I was an item short( my fault, not theirs) it was quickly dealt with and I received the missing part ,again , within 2 days. Only one comment,;I would have liked a proper invoice/ receipt sent with my order, detailing the price of each item including the vat, with the total cost including delivery. Unless I request one, I will only know how much it all cost when I check out my credit card statement. Other than that, Lion provided a very good service.”

“AS a small Framer I find Lion very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them and that is on the phone. In person at the base in Birmingham the people are so friendly and accommodating that it put a lot of companies to shame. Their web site is something else, it is so easy to use that a computer novice could work their way around the site.”
