“Ordering online is easy, quick and stress free. Even more impressive is the speed at which orders are processed and despatched for delivery. My most recent order was ordered online on a Friday and delivered to me at 0830 on the Monday morning (in central Scotland) . This coupled with very reasonable delivery charges for small order quantities) makes Lion my first choice for all of my framing supplies. Excellent service - I rarely go anywhere else! (Very) Satisfied Customer”

“I have had very good results with printing onto inkjet anvas and then using the Photo Bloks. the result is outstanding and I am very pleased. (please exuse typos - the (letter between b and d) on my keyboard had stopped working. Time for a new omputer - I've worked this one to death.”

“Needed a small part and I had never gone directly to Lion in the past. Called through and despite the cost being way lower than minimum order value, the friendly lady I spoke to put in the post and it arrived the next day and saved me having an upset customer! The next day, another supplier let me down badly and I called through with a larger order. Despite the call being made about 14:45 which is well after the 13:00 deadline for next day delivery, the man I spoke to managed to get my order picked and dispatched that afternoon and delivery was duly made around 10:30 the next, saving my bacon once again. I really couldn't have asked for better service.”

“I have found the staff at Lion always polite, friendly and helpful and for that reason have enjoyed visiting. I am a professional artist and I mostly frame my own paintings and those of my students plus a couple of clients. My only disappointment with Lion is that we are no longer allowed to collect our own mouldings. Sometimes it is necessary to 'offer-up' a picture or painting to a length of moulding to see if it is suitable. Also, there can be pattern variation in the same moulding and the ' picker' ( when ordering on-line) would not be as selective. From a sales point of view, I found that when I was able to wander about, I would usually buy more than I went in for. The only other comment I have to make is, that it was useful when Lion opened on a Saturday morning. It meant that traffic congestion could be avoided. Regards, John Hopkins”
