“Comprehensive stock, all my requirements were in stock. I ordered via Click and Collect, had an email confirming all in stock and would be ready on allotted time. Which they were. Impressed with the level of service and personal attention. I will use you again. Thank you.”

“Delivery always on time, orders usually always correct. The quality of some of the lengths could be better, especially the black ash which I use tons off but usually get at least 2-3metre lengths which are unuseable due to bad saw cuts or other general faults.”

“We're happy with the large choice of mouldings and sundries.Customer service generally good. Increasingly frustrated by the amount of moulding being delivered damaged (often with damage that should have been picked up prior to packing). Also, every order contains mouldings that are bent or twisted - unacceptable.”

“Their service is always efficient, fairly priced, good stock availability, well packed and delivered when they advise. On the odd occassion that I have spoken to the customer service department the issue has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The chop service is an excellent option for us, and the moulding choices are very popular with our customers. My only very small note is that we have trouble disposing of the polystyrene packing that sometimes comes with the chop service. We prefer the bubblewrap they usually use as we can re-use that. Overall an excellent company to deal with and I would recommend at every opportunity.”

“Professional advice, a lot of choice and friendly staff. Jack showed us various options, but was maybe a bit pushy to up-sell to better (more expensive) types of machinery. We did spend more money than expected, but it's probable worth it. (time will tell). Overall though a pleasant experience, shopping with you.”

“I am extremely happy with the delivery service. Roland is excellent and will be missed once Lion decide not to offer their own deliveries. The courier service is also very good. I am not happy with the minimum order requirements as being a small framing concern do not always need such large quantities. However, overall very pleased with Lion's service level.”
