“I have placed an order with your company, my details have been mixed up with another customer here on the Islands who has got all the details of my order including how much I have paid etc, I have been approached by this person to say that they are trying to deliver the goods to him and for him to contact the courier, presumably as there is conflicting information between him and me. I have phoned and spoke to George who I initially placed the order with and complained, to which he said he would sort it. I still have not seen my order, which must be at least 2 weeks ago and to add insult to injury, this order has already been paid for! I am bitterly disappointed with the service I have received.”

“Alan is great on the trade counter aswell as tony and trace taking the orders over the phone..really nice people .... iv delt with lions for about 20 years or so...BUT dont loose us small companys who backed you all those years ago.. ... i do alot of work for other framers and there slowly moving away from you to centrado... lion grows and your price goes up... not good.. shame the van also dont come our way but brum only tut tut... im not to far from you either I think lion is good but alittle fine tuning wouldnt go amiss call me if u want to discuss it more nicola - just being honest regards jason ( elegant frames)”

“I order by phone and personally collect. This works well although I miss not being able to browse the racks. I am a small customer but it annoys me when you discontinue mouldings that my customers like and you do not replace with like items. Minerva slips and numerous gold and silver mouldings come to mind.”

“This review is for Lion 450 mm Z Bar Hangers which I bought to hang heavy Acoustic panels on my wall. A very cost effective solution only let down by the small screws provided going right through the bracket screw slots which meant sourcing suitable alternative screws and a delay in mounting my panels which is why I gave 4 stars. That said I would have no hesitation in recommending these brackets.”

“I wouldnt say I was happy !! its a barely acceptable service, nothing like what we had from the South depot before they closed it and now they are stopping their van delivery service - maybe they should do these survey's and get customer feedback prior to making any big changes”
