“Very helpful sales staff on the telephone ( I was quite unsure what I actually needed but very good advice and guidance) superb quick delivery, and when I needed to add to my order the following day, nothing was too much trouble, customer service at its best, world class!”

“Fast next day delivery. One point though. I had to phone an order through because although I was ordering 15 sheets of mountboard I couldnt order just 2 sheets of extra tac to be added as the minimum quantity was 15 sheets. This couldnt be done online. I said is the total ...... and she said "its all gone through". When I checked the invoice I was charged for delivery although the order was £128. Trying to get this taken off was a little troublesome, no one phoned me back and I had to phone twice to check. Customer service a bit lacking there, and I think there should be the facility to place under the minimum quantity as long as other mount board is ordered up to 3 packs of 5 as there all fit in the same box.”

“I have been using Lion supplies for some years now, they always seem to have a wide range of stock, it never really takes long to talk to one of the sales team and they are always helpful. The catalogue is very clear with good quality colour photo's of most of the stock, also I like the way it leaves helpful hints and tips, Great service thankyou”

“I recently got fed up with my collection of paintings sitting on the floor as I did not want to knock holes in my plaster walls, and wanted to be able to move pictures easily. I pput up picture rails and then ordered hanging hooks, perlon cord and Zipper hangers from you. Order arrived on time. Very impressed by hanging system. My pictures are now hung in 2 rooms and I will be reordering from you for the rest of the house.”
