“Lion came highly recommended from other artist friends who use them. I was a novice at making my own frames, but using their chop service has made the whole process so simple and people always assume they are made by a professional framer. They have super helpful staff to assist you with any difficulties. Any discrepancies are quickly and fairly dealt with. The frames are extremely well packaged to avoid damage. Orders arrive swiftly and they will telephone if there are any problems. I honestly cannot fault the company!”

“Great website and catogues. Delivery is fast and all packed well. Only one concern is if you only require a couple of small things the postage comes to more than the value of the merchandise and you have to wait till you need a larger order. Occasionally I have ordered backing tape from Amazon as it is cheaper without the postage. If you could address this your service would be perfect! I recieved an email saying if I filled in this survey I would be eligible for free delivery. I placed my order with the promotionlal code only to be told that it had to be at least £50. I added another item to make it £50 and was then told it wasnt eligible on this order! As you can imagine I was very frustrated by the misleading email. In fact I just cancelled my order.”

“A bit disappointed with being able to order support bars for stretcher bars only to find out they can’t be used for it, as they do not have notches for it. And they are only for sizes above 700mm etc. Unsure why you would offer these as they cannot be used. Otherwise happy with the rest of the order.”

“Good delivery - came before day expected. However, since I only wanted hangers the cost of delivery was high. For those of us with systems a minimum £50 order is impractical and to travel to Birmingham for just a packet of thumb tightening hangers is ridiculous. Please consider this in future”
