“My problem is with your mouldings minimum order of £50. I don't mind paying delivery charge if I urgently need a moulding which comes in under the £50 and of course it wouldn't be 1 thin stick. I run my business on 'don't buy mouldings you don't need'. It doesn't store and I don't have room. Other suppliers don't do this. (Park48)”

“We have always found your service to be excellent. I cannot recall an occasion when we have needed or wanted to complain. It also helps to have a supplier where helpful information is supplied in addition to just the product. Most importantly we like the Lion bars.”

“Ordered a picture hanging set but hadn't realised I had missed off the order the hook units. The sales department noticed this and telephone me and discussed the missing items which were then added to my order. Thanks for noticing my error and the delivery came a day earlier than anticipated. Well done.”

“As a small new business we find Lion to provide an excellent and reliable service. However, the reason we did not rate you 5 stars was due to the minimum order restrictions. We would be happy to pay the appropriate carriage on items but sometimes we only need one or two items and we find ourselves ordering things we don't need to come up to your limit. we are still sitting on 9 sheets of black core gold mounting board.”

“I think the product range, price and sales service is great. Recently your accounts contacted me to say my account overdue. This was correct and due to a busy December I appologised and said I would send payment at the weekend when the accounts were being brought up to date. Our account was suspended for those 2 or 3 days which for a customer of close to thirty years was really annoying.”
