“I nearly always order by phone and am impressed by the friendliness and professional attitude of the staff. Tracey, Archie and all the staff who answer the phone.(sorry I can't remember there names) Alan and the other trade counter staff are always friendly and welcoming. My orders are always waiting for me to collect. On the few occasions I have a delivery I am always amazed how well the items have been packed. I made a point of thanking the packing team on one of my visits. Overall a excellent company, could you just lower the price of the mouldings (joke) no,not a joke.”

“The large frames I have just made are great, the chop service was easy to use and the wood arrived in 100% perfect condition thanks to great packing. The mitres are perfect and the frame looks amazing. I will be using this service for all my frames in the future it was that good”

“I placed my order for moulding on a bank holiday Monday afternoon and then received a phone call from the delivery driver on Wednesday morning to tell me where the delivery had been left. This service is really is excellent service, thank you.”

“my delivery, like all the others before, arrived so quick it seemed like it was the same day I'd ordered. In fact for the last one I was fast asleep, a bit late for me at 8.30 am, but welcome none the less. Everything packed well, no problems at all.”
