“Always good advice if you ring Lion, but a pity they closed their Hayes warehouse. Now it's difficult to get Colourmount boards as they can't be mail-ordered except in huge bulk and I am an amateur. The chop service is excellent, it means you always get exactly matched corners and don't have a lot of moulding to store at home waiting for the next picture. great selection of everything you need to frame and mount pictures - and a lot I dont need but professioinals would. Have been a Lion customer for nearly 15 years.”

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. Regarding your mount boards - we have historically found when sending less than 10 sheets with external carriers it can cause problems in getting them to you in a fit state. We are in the process of carrying out further tests to see whether we can eliminate the 10 x sheets and be more flexible. I will keep you updated on our progress. “The customer service team at Lion have been very helpful in trying to sort out a failed delivery, instigating a replacement. Conversely, the service from Tuffnels is appalling - waited in for three days for a delivery which did not arrive. Urgent production orders delayed by 3 days and customers let down. There is no excuse for Tuffnels not calling back and explaining their problem.”
