“I am very disappointed by your substantial reduction in your holding of Minerva stock. Over the past two years the level of choice of the types of frames and the colour etc of the frames have substantially reduced. This has caused me problems in filling repeat orders. One specific complaint is your discontinuance of spacers for Minerva deep rebate mouldings and the reduction of choice these moulding. On my last visit the choice was reduce to black onlying. I am also not impressed by your removal from stock of Minerva slips. I am only a small time framer and I don't feel at all valued by your company. “Unfortunately I had the same problem few times when I ordered chop service expensive frames. Basically my orders which I send by email are missed and I have to check few days later when I realise I don't receive confirmation. Thank you”
