“I needed to ask about some sizes for slips over the phone on a Monday and my query was dealt with very promptly by an exchange of emails in the morning. My subsequent order for framing kits through the Chop Service was made that afternoon and the delivery received on Tuesday morning - even though I hadn't asked for next day delivery! I've been buying from Lion for nearly 20 years now and, once again, the service has been exemplary. I always recommend Lion to fellow artists.”

“Every time I’ve ordered wood for framing from Lion the orders have been dispatched super promptly, the frames have been in great condition and on the only time I had a problem the person I spoke to on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. “I believe the way to judge a truly good company is how well they deal with problems, even when, (as in a recent delivery to me), it was due entirely to damage by the delivery company. There was no protracted review or discussion on what had happened, Lion immediately sent a replacement order, which I received the next morning, such that I could still fulfill my framing obligations on time.”
