“As usual, one of the packages of mountboard was damaged on delivery. Unlike previous incidents this had not been caused in transit because the adjacent boards in the cardboard parcel were undamaged. The Value ice white sheets had been dropped on one corner whilst in the white plastic sheeting and they had all suffered identical damage. I appreciate that these large sheets are unwieldy, but whoever dropped them must have been aware that they had been damaged.”

“No complaints about Lion whatsoever. But with the delivery company DX. You will have paid them to deliver the packages next day. I called Lion at 4.35pm Last Friday and DX said the driver wasn't answering his phone. I was tracking the parcel all day awaiting the delivery. It didn't arrive that day but the Friday tracking states - "Closed - No Access" ----- That's a lie ! I was here - because I live here. and my windows look down my drive to the road. I was here all day, all evening and all night. I have three dogs who bark when a vehicle or person turns up. They didn't bark - no-one turned up and I was not "Closed -No Access" They owe you the cost of overnight delivery. The package did arrive on the Saturday for which I am most grateful. Regards Bob Warner”

“I had quite a complicated purchase with regard to sizing and was concerned as to how it would be packaged and delivered. I was delighted to see that it was broken up into several packages which were sensibly grouped with a similar type of merchandise so nothing was damaged. There was good communication with regard to the delivery time slot and all the packages of the order arrived together safely. As a first time user of Lion's, I was very impressed.”

“I just think lion are pretty good....from the chop service to the sundries....plus my rep is on hand pretty 24 hours a day to inform of what's going on. Archana is also good at sorting out any complaints I have, and she sorts them in double quick time. 👍👍”
