“Fine but I didnt need the catalogues. Im afaid I threw them out. What a waste. My house isnt big enough for them! Also the website said free postage but ordering by phone it was only free over £100. But my package did arrive next day as promised”

“Arrived impressively quickly....BUT.......Driver delivered only two pieces out of three, I had to ask him to check his van for the final piece........AND.....the roll of acetate was completely open at one end ( I have taken a photo in case damage is identified )....AND The cover wrapping to All three items was covered in a grimy dust, which I can only attribute to your warehouse or the delivery van. This is very unusual for Lion.”

“I have shopped at Lion for well over the last 15 years. When I lived in the Midlands, it was easy to call in to collect materials etc. Now that I have re-located to the East Anglian coast, I rely on the chop service - which is very straightforward on the website. Orders are extremely well packed and delivery is quick and trouble free. On the odd occasion when something has turned out to be wrong, the replacement has been dealt with without fuss and received very speedily. An excellent customer service all round.”

“I always order on-line and collect at the counter, but on this occasion I needed to see a sample. I placed my order in the usual fashion and it was ready for me as always when I arrived. I then ordered moulding based on the sample I saw and it was added to my existing order, which saved messing around with an extra transaction. The staff are always friendly and obliging.”
