“I have been a customer of Lion for Many years & always had most exellent service as usually collect in person, Lovely polite usually cheerfull helpfull staff. I recently did my 1st online order which I will be frank got wrong (I put the wrong moulding number in), One email & they sorted out My mistake easily & mouldings arrived on time well wrapped & in perfect condition, I highly recommend this company & products. “Very competitively priced products and great customer service. Extremely speedy delivery of the Logan mat cutter I purchased. Fantastic bit of kit, so easy to use, and so accurate. I’ve already mounted all the paintings and sketches I’ve done over the last 3 months since becoming a ‘lockdown artist’. Even successfully triple mounted one little sketch.”

“+ Points: Very good delivery, always on time, but expensive at over £10 a time. Good range of products. Helpful staff. - Points: Damaged mouldings received. Charged for mouldings not received. On one occasion the Moulding received did not reflect what was shown in the Catalogue or on line.”

“If the product you want is in stock then the Chop Service is great and delivery excellent. Unfortunately, the turn over of styles of frame means that it is impossible to keep getting the same moulding. I used to use gerstaecker duo which is now out of stock so that's that.”
