Order was supposedly dispatched 2 months ago. No updates and when checking tracking it said it was awaiting arrival from sender.
I waited thinking it would take a while comingnfrom another country, but after nearly 8 weeks, decided to reach out. I was not happy and made sure to say that in my email.
The customer service rep was very rude with their reply, and so I was rude back. They are hopefully initiating my refund, but had lost my order within the shipment process. So I was never going to receive it! Buyer beware. If you order make sure you, the customer, checks on the product because as far as they're concerned, once it leaves their hands it's no longer their concern!!”
“First order the postie never left a card saying they attempted delivery, would have not been an issue if they sent tracking codes without asking.
They reshipped it fast though so happy with thier customer service, would give 5 if they would automatically send the tracking out.”
