"I visited Listers Toyota Nuneaton Last week with a view in mind to trade in my Aygo X for a brand new Yaris. I was Dealt with by Nathan Jackson after having a conversation on the phone,I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave me in choosing the right car for me. I decided on a really low mileage used Yarris GR sport. I'm so happy with it. He was so professional, enthusiastic and knew his stuff. I was made really comfortable whilst he talked me through my options Never feeling rushed. I reiterate what everyone else has said (bit gutted as I thought I had special treatment ) But great to know he treats everyone with the same respect . A real credit to Listers . Must also give a mention to Charlie who had to take over at handover so Nathan didn't let another customer down due to myself being late. Before leaving me with Charlie he booked me in again to check I was happy with everything. This is what I call exceptional Customer service and Team work. Will definitely recommend Listers Toyota"
