I placed an order, they part delivered and cancelled the remaining. No email or explanation, apparently it’s something I should work out by noticing the refund in my bank statement. Poor customer service.

I honestly don’t know where to start! Service when purchasing second to none but that’s it!!! Wrong ordered processed therefore received a sofa I didn’t want! Delivery men damaged my neighbours fence which I had to pay for, transportation feet from sofas not removed by delivery men therefore my new wooden floor scratched!! Atrocious quality!! Will need to replace them a lot sooner than normal! Also the very pleasant assistants not so pleasant when you have the audacity to complain!! I could go on! A few people I know have already gone elsewhere for their new sofas!!!

Dreadful experience, my sofa keeps tearing, Ive had one repair and now it’s torn again on 4 out of 6 cushions. They’re now ignoring my emails. Sofa less than 2 years old. My advice is avoid as they use rubbish suppliers, go to DFS instead.
