“Absolutely fantastic Customer Service and shopping experience in store carried through to the delivery of our armchairs . We called in store on spec this being our first visit to Listers . The shop had an amazing atmosphere and range of goods on sale . The staff were friendly , helpful and personable and gave useful and knowledgeable advice on the products on sale . We came away ordering two beautiful armchairs where we had arranged for delivery . On the day of delivery we received a telephone call to give a precise time of arrival . The delivery men were professional and efficient . Really pleased all round . Margo served us in store who was first class , we Carn’t remember the names of the delivery chaps but they were first rate too , cheerful and helpful .”

“Absolutely amazing customer service, and lovely, affordable furniture. Even after nearly a year of use where we had a small problem with one of the pieces on the bed frame we bought with Listers, Alaina from customer service provided swift and amazing support, sent the amazing guys around from Listers with a replacement piece within a week, and fixed up the frame for us. They’re all a lovely bunch, and extremely reliable!”

“Although we had to wait 6 months for our sofa s to be delivered (we had donated our other sofa s months ago) it was well worth the wait. Love our new ones .”

“We have just taken delivery of our new bedroom furniture. We are very happy with the whole experience we have received from listers. The furniture is very good quality, the staff in the store were extremely helpful and the delivery men were on time, polite and efficient. Will definitely be returning for more. Thankyou listers.”

“Had our lounge and bedroom furniture from here. Excellent quality and service before, after and during lockdown. One problem we had out of 3 deliveries and one collection was sorted out quickly by the manager. Staff were friendly and extra helpful both in store and delivery.”

“We bought bedroom furniture, dressing table, bedside tables and a king size bed. All the furniture except the bed was excellent. When we came to assemble the bed it became obvious that the brackets were not fitted correctly. We phoned Listers, no problem, they sent someone out to look at it, saw the problem and came out with new parts and assembled it for us. Excellent service, thank you Listers !”

“Saw a bench I really liked in their Chester shop. Could not find it online. I phoned the shop and was able to purchase it over the phone. So delighted and customer service second to none.”
