“We have been customers for approx. 5 years through Home Care Package and found the meals excellent and have recommended them to a number of people. We order 38 meals each order and often they are all in one foam box. The driver used to put them inside the front door on the floor as we have a step up from the front patio. He told us this morning he is no longer allowed to do this and the box must be left outside. My husband is 86 and I am 83 both have health issues. We are unable to lift the box and I phoned your office and asked could the order be put into two smaller manageable size boxes but was told no. I can assure you we would not be the only customers who have this problem. Due to this we now have no choice but to look at purchasing meals from another source which I don't want to do but there is no other alternative. We always return the foam boxes in good condition so cost can't be the reason why two can't be used. I am very disappointed that we have to take this action as we have always enjoyed the meals.”
