“I have bought from this company before and had no issues, until now. I ordered a bracelet with an engraved heart charm as a Christmas present. When the gift was opened the heart charm was tarnished. I have attempted to contact the company by various means but have been completely ignored hence me now leaving a bad review. A totally unacceptable level of customer service!”
