“Delivery was complicated with missing items & needed regular contact with contracted deliverers to ascertain updates When bed finally arrived assembly instructions were exclusively in "french". Thankfully with common sense & clear pictures it was assembled”

Hello Danny. We are very sorry to hear you weren't happy with the delivery company. We do our very best to keep the shipping costs down while maintaining a good quality service and your feedback is very important to us. Your order was delivered from Perth to Sydney within 9 days which is very standard. Usually when an item goes "missing" it's most of the time still in transit as unfortunately sometimes some packages leave with 2 different trucks. We would be very interested to get a copy of your instruction manual as the one available to download on our website provides 3 languages, including English. We will be questioning our supplier and will make sure English manuals are included in the boxes as they should. We hope your child will enjoy his/her new bed.
