Also promised full refund but withheld \u00a3100 with no explanation even though they offer 14 day money back guarantee. Also claim full service history but just 2 vague stamps. Owner made matters much worse with his poor attitude and outright refusal to provide complaints process. Please make sure you go through all paperwork BEFORE handing over any money. Lesson learnt on my part that they cannot be trusted. Car also has not been re listed (no doubt as cannot sell with incorrect mileage). Be careful. Also has own staff leaving Google reviews to negate any previous negative reviews...."
