“Ordered on the 26th August with the longest dispatch quoted on my items was 3 to 4 weeks. Has now been nearly 8 weeks and no dispatch. I have sent many emails and have also messaged numerous times via facebook. I eventually had a response saying they are a struggling small business, their printer went wrong, they had to fork out 6k for a new one but it was now working. They apologised for not responding and assured me the items would be dispatched the next day which would have been the 9th. It is now the 14th and nothing has been dispatched. They have over £100 of my money and the clothes needed for my daughter have not been sent. Worst customer service ever.”
